License Agreement
Don't panic! It's pretty simple. Here's a summary in plain English:

By purchasing audio content from this site, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.

You are not permitted to distribute or share the purchased audio as-is, without its incorporation into your own work.

Snowy's music and sound effects shouldn't form a majority part of what you use them in – for example, just repackaging them with some other tracks and selling them for profit is NOT okay. Make your own content and use Snowy's to enhance it. That's what it's for.

Other than that, you can use the purchased audio in any way you like, in any creative work, commercial or non-commercial.

Give due credit for any audio used, either to Toby Wilkinson, Snowy Fox, or Toby “Snowy Fox” Wilkinson.

Finally, also provide a link to this site! (foxaudio.co.uk)
Permissions beyond the scope of this license may be requested by contacting Snowy.
As a final informal request, if you use my audio in a project you publish, let me know! I'd love to see what it's getting used in.

This digital audio content and any and all provided supporting material (the “Audio Content”) are licensed by Toby “Snowy Fox” Wilkinson under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License and the additional terms and conditions below (the “License”).
By proceeding and purchasing the Audio Content, and/or by using it, You accept and agree to this Creative Commons License AND all below terms and conditions.
Toby “Snowy Fox” Wilkinson grants You (either an individual or an entity) permission to use and distribute the Audio Content as part of any creative works, in any medium or format, for any purpose, even commercially. You are not permitted to distribute the Audio Content as-is, without its prior incorporation into Your own works. In the case of commercial works, the Audio Content must not form a major focal point of those works, and must instead be used in a way that enhances and/or supports other original content.
Upon distribution, any works that include the Audio Content must also include:
